The technical and commercial team of Mancini Group, extended to two foreign companies, is available to customers for consulting and feasibility studies. DESIGN
The study of lines and equipment is customized for each customer. The project carried out by our engineering department is performed by studying the needs and the production capacity of each individual customer. The design of each machine is a prerequisite to ensure the efficiency and safety in the workplace and a good initial study will help to reduce project costs and improve the productivity of customers.
CONSTRUCTION OF EQUIPMENT
Construction of equipment and machinery is followed and monitored by our technical department to ensure optimum performance and durability. Each machine is manufactured according to the MACHINERY DIRECTIVE 2006/42 / EC of 17/05/2006 L 157/24 and is accompanied by extensive documentation and "CE" certification.
INSTALLATION
The assembly of machinery is run by a highly qualified and competent technical team, with over 20 years of experience, which deals with the mounting of aerial lines, the floor machinery, start-up and training of the personnel responsible for use and management of the slaughtering plant.
ASSISTANCE AND MAINTENANCE
Mancini Group remains close to its customers' post-sales, offering qualified support services for the management of spare parts and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, designed to maintain the appearance of the plant and reduce any downtime during maintenance.
